Your feedback helps us understand what’s great, and what needs improvement. You might notice we don’t provide a telephone number- this is because we are a small team who spend most of our time in the workshop. We are much better at helping you via email and messenger.
We hope you have a wicked experience with us, and that your order reaches you speedily and safely. We take great care to make & pack our products so they arrive in perfect condition, without using plastic, polystyrene or excessive packaging.
When you order online with us, you agree to provide:
- Your e-mail address
- A contact name
- Your billing address
- A delivery address (if different from billing address)
- A phone number (in case we need to contact you regarding your order)
You may order as a guest, or create an account. You must be over 18 years of age to open an account or order.
We accept payment via Paypal, Debit Card and Credit Card (via Stripe). Once you have ordered with us and we have received payment, we’ll send you an order confirmation email.
We like to keep delivery as affordable as possible, whilst taking care of your order, and getting it to you quickly. We offer a flat rate for mainland UK, and a separate flat rate for more remote areas (Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands)
We accept orders from customers around the world, however we only ship to UK addresses at the moment. We ship via DHL Parcel UK (UK Mail), and all orders are sent on a 24 hour service. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, and will arrive Monday-Friday.
You’ll receive a tracking notification text/email on dispatch. You’ll get a one hour delivery slot. Also, you’ll be able to select a range of options, such as leaving your parcel in a safe place, delivering to a neighbour, or rearranging the delivery date.
You might see our company name W L Botanist Ltd on the notification instead of Little Botanist.
If you live in more remote areas of the UK (eg Scottish Highlands and Islands) please allow 48 hours for delivery. If you’re based in Northern Ireland, you might need to pay customs duties, charges and taxes.
Unfortunately we can’t ship to military addresses, PO Boxes or lockers. If we are unable to ship to you for any reason, we will be in touch before dispatching your order.

As an online business to customer website, Little Botanist is bound by the terms of the distance selling regulations.
We’re happy to offer a full refund on all unopened products* within 30 days of purchase. Send our team a message at yo@littlelabelbotanist.co.uk quoting your order number.
If we have made a mistake, or an order isn’t quite how you were expecting, please let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it. We can offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. If the product is opened, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund, unless the product is faulty.
*Except perishable goods, or where hygiene is important.
Our prices, as stated on our website, are in pound sterling including VAT (£).
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time.
